Cooking FAQs

Usually a worn igniter or moisture in the burner cap — sometimes a weak spark module. Stop clicking it repeatedly and let us test the ignition chain; it's a quick fix when caught early.

A drifting temperature sensor or a half-failed element lies to the control board. Recalibration plus an element test restores even baking — no new oven needed.

Don't touch switches or ignite anything — ventilate, leave the area, and call your gas utility first from outside. Once cleared, call Fixhaven at +1 (202) 555-0146 for the certified repair.

Cracked glass can't be patched — but the top itself is replaceable on most models for far less than a new range. We'll quote both options honestly.
