Overview

Clicking, no flame

The family had been lighting the front burner with a match for weeks — the igniter tip was worn to a stub and the burner cap sat crooked from a boil-over, so the spark never met gas. The rear burner lit but burned yellow and sooty, a sign its ports were half-clogged and the spark module was fading across all four burners.

We fitted OEM igniters, cleared and reseated every burner port, and replaced the weak spark module. Each burner now lights on the first click with a crisp blue flame — proven at every knob position, then leak-down safety-tested.

  • OEM igniters & moduleGenuine parts, spark-tested at every burner position.
  • Burner restorationPorts cleared, caps reseated for a crisp blue flame.
