Washing Machine Repair
Dead mid-cycle the night before guests arrived — failed pump, worn shocks, clogged filter. Running by noon the next day.
Overview
Three faults, one visit
The washer stopped mid-cycle with a drum full of water. Diagnosis found a seized drain pump, suspension shocks worn past tolerance (the banging the family had ignored for months), and a filter packed with coins and lint.
All three are stocked OEM parts on our vans. We rebuilt the pump assembly, fitted new shocks, cleared the filter housing, then ran two full cycles — wash, spin, and drain — before signing off.

- Full-system descaleFilter housing cleared and hoses flushed while open.
